Returns from authorized stockists for B2B purchases handled directly with Stockist only
Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase except on any final sale items. Customer must email request to [email protected] or contact us via the “Contact us” page of this website within the 14 days and request a return authorization number and specific return instructions. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed and COD returns will not be accepted. Credit will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item in it’s original packaging in new condition. No returns on custom or customized items.
All items sold are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturers defects only and guaranteed to be the item as advertised. Downton Abbey® Eyewear by Bonavista Optics (eyewear and products) must only be purchased through Bonavista Optics or stockists registered and listed on our official website to guarantee it is an authorized model and under warranty. Any warranty claims must be made via contact through the “Contact us” page of this website or [email protected] within 1 year, and authorization numbers must be entered on any further correspondence or returns.
All prices given on our website are in USD currency. Customer may be charged currency exchange rates through the payment processing or their financial institution. Customer is responsible for shipping and taxes unless otherwise noted.
